James is a third generation Colorado native, born and raised on the western slope. Having lived in Colorado most of his life, he has come to appreciate all the great things this great state has to offer.
James has made his living off of real estate, in some form or fashion, for 20 plus years. He paid his way through college working in residential construction doing every thing from digging the hole the house goes in to nailing on the last shingle and all things in between. Once out of college, James joined the Marine Corps and served proudly from 1991-1995. Once out of the Marines, James went to work for a local Fort Collins builder as a superintendent, putting his signature on over 300 homes in the Fort Collins/Windsor areas.
James’ modest upbringing instilled in him his work ethic, honesty, integrity, and respect. James’ experience in residential construction accentuated his attention to detail, eye for quality, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. He is driven by helping others and his pride in his work not only makes his clients happy, many are friends for life.
