Growing up in Iowa with my family involved in property management, I received an early education on housing and rental properties. As a child I would I have never seen myself pursuing a career in real estate, but in the end, it's true the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
I moved to Denver, CO in 2008 and began my real estate career. My first property purchased was home that had a carriage house on the property. On the very same day, I became a home owner, property manager, and real estate investor.
Since that day, I have successfully purchased many condos, houses, and rental properties over the last five years on my own and now specialize in assisting individuals, families, and investors find the type of property that best fits their needs.
