Dave went above and beyond!
We purchased some land in Black Forest from out of state. Dave was what one would expect in communicating prior to our visit, sent listings, etc. He met with us, drove us around and was a great to work with.

Then 4 days after our close the 2013 fires broke out in Black Forest. Then out of the blue, Dave calls... said he drove out there, checked on our lot and the whole neighborhood is safe. Talk about going above and beyond - thinking about us after the close like that. We don't get that kind of service around here - one of the reasons we're moving back to Colorado!
