As a tenant of Action Team Realty under Sherril Hale, I have been very disappointed. Sherril lacks customer service, integrity, and honesty. We have paid on time, every time....kept up the property, and never been a hassle. We have always been loved by previous landlords. Sherril Hale only is looking at the dollars and could care less about seeing me as a customer. I would never do business with Sherril Hale or Action Team Realty again. Both are focused on themselves and lack professionalism. I would rate them as the worst management company and landlord I have ever had. Beware of this company and this Realtor.
